Matt's journey into music began at Pottshouse Music School when he was just a teenager. He picked up a guitar, and that moment set him on a path filled with passion and melodies that would last a lifetime.

But Matt's musical adventure didn't stop there. He learned not just one but six different instruments, including the guitar, drums, piano, clarinet, violin, and flute. His love for music was boundless.
Sadly, we lost Matt on October 25th, 2021, when he was just about to turn 30. It's a reminder of how precious life is. But here's the thing—Matt's love for music and his journey can live on through us.
The Matt Aulbert Scholarship Fund is our way of keeping Matt's memory alive and giving back to the community that meant so much to him. We want to share the joy of music with kids aged 7 to 17, just as Matt experienced it.
This scholarship offers up to one year of music lessons and a chance to learn an instrument they love: drums, bass guitar, guitar, or keyboard. This incredible opportunity is worth $2800, including both weekly 30 minute lessons and an instrument.
We want to help as many young music enthusiasts as possible, but we can't do it without your support. For many families, the cost of music lessons and instruments is a barrier they can't overcome. Some schools don't even offer music education.
